Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: For Bridal, Yes. It is better for your experience if you have an appointment. Note: Saturdays and Thursday Evenings are by appointment only.
Q: How many people should I bring?
A: Ideally a small group. We can accommodate small parties of 2-3. If your party is larger than 3 please reach out to us to communicate how many you have and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Q: How does the buying process work?
A: We have sample dresses to try on for style. If you order a dress, we measure you, and order as close to your size as a possible. Order dresses can take about six months to arrive.
Q: Can I buy a sample off the rack?
A: Of course!
Q: Do you have a seamstress?
A: Camilla’s works with Violette. She will see clients at the shop as well as at her house. She accepts only cash or check as payment. Sorry, we do not offer alterations services on dresses not purchased from Camilla’s Bridal.
Q: Can I bring food and drink?
A: Please do not bring food or drink into the store, this includes coffee. Food and drink do not mix well with the dresses.
Q: Should I check on the status of my order?
A: You are welcome to ask, please email us.
Q: Where should I get my dress cleaned or preserved?
A: We recommend Carter’s Cleaners in Everett MA. Prices do vary based on fabric and condition. A note on cleaning versus preservation, when you preserve a dress, it should not be opened or removed from the packaging.
